Peran Pendidikan Manajemen Seni Musik Tradisi dalam Pengembangan Kreativitas Siswa: Sebuah Tinjauan Teoritis dan Praktis

This study examines how traditional music arts management education can develop students' creativity. Literature analysis shows that structured traditional music learning not only preserves culture but also effectively stimulates creativity through a balance between technical mastery and freedom to experiment. A holistic approach that includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects is a strong foundation for developing creativity. The role of teachers as facilitators of creativity through interactive methods has proven crucial. Digital technology can enrich creative expression if used wisely, while project-based learning and interdisciplinary collaboration develop various dimensions of creativity at once. The arts management aspect complements technical skills to face the challenges of the creative industry. The findings emphasize the importance of an arts curriculum that combines tradition and innovation. Traditional music arts management education not only preserves cultural heritage but also creates a creative generation. This study contributes to the development of creativity based on local wisdom, while also showing the need for further research for more adaptive learning models.
