DHERE DAN NAMANGNGU: ANALISIS BENTUK DAN STRUKTUR POLA RITME PADA PERTUNJUKAN PELEDO JARA

Peledo Jara, an intangible cultural heritage that was born, lives and develops in the Sabu community. The study of dhere and namangngu rhythm patterns is the main focus of this research. Focusing on analyzing the form and structure of musical rhythm patterns produced by dhere and namangngu, this research will use a musicological and ethnomusicological analysis approach. The results of this research reveal that Dhere and Namangngu not only function as accompanying elements, but also as markers of formal and symbolic structures in the Peledo Jara performance. The findings show that the rhythm patterns used are closely related to social functions, cultural values, as well as the dynamics of interactive and collective performances. This research contributes to the preservation and in-depth understanding of Indonesia's traditional musical riches, while also opening up space for creative exploration in the development of contemporary music based on local cultural roots. This form of rhythmic music functions to provide energy and signals to the horse through sound symbols. Thus, peledo jara music not only acts as an accompaniment, but also as part of the cultural identity of the Sabu Raijua people.

This study aims to examine the local wisdom values of Central Kalimantan reflected in the teaching of traditional music within the Church Music Education Study Program at IAKN Palangka Raya. Traditional music is viewed not only as an art form but also as a medium for character education, containing ethical, spiritual, and cultural values of the Dayak community. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that student involvement in traditional music enhances their understanding of local culture and strengthens regional identity. This learning process also fosters a sense of responsibility for cultural preservation and internalizes values such as solidarity, harmony with nature, and spirituality aligned with the principles of faith-based Christian education. Traditional music plays a vital role as a bridge for local cultural values in shaping students’ character and serves as a key instrument in maintaining cultural continuity and developing personalities rooted in noble values.

Konservasi Budaya: Membangun Masa Depan Melalui Seni Tradisi

Globalization and digital disruption threaten the preservation of traditional arts, which are the core of cultural identity. This paper presents the results of a systematic literature review aimed at analyzing the paradigm shift in cultural conservation from a static preservation approach to a dynamic-integrative model. An examination of 30 key literature sources reveals three main interrelated concepts: (1) living heritage, which views traditional art as a living entity; (2) cultural sustainability, which positions culture as a pillar of sustainable development; and (3) adaptive resilience, which emphasizes the capacity for creative adaptation. This study identifies three contemporary conservation strategies: the integration of digital technology (AR/VR, social media), the development of the creative economy (creative tourism, design innovation), and ecosystem-oriented policy and education. The findings present a novelty in the form of a Dynamic-Integrative Conservation Model that synergizes four main pillars: the Trinity of Sustainability, the Digital-Creative Ecosystem, Ecosystem-Based Policy, and Meaningful Regeneration. The study concludes that the future of traditional arts lies in a multidimensional approach that integrates the preservation of authentic values with innovation in form, medium, and economic value, ensuring that traditional arts not only survive but actively shape a sustainable and identity-rich future.

The THE MEANING AND SPIRITUAL VALUE OF THE SONG "HO SALIT LO NAMAS USI" AS A FORM OF GOD'S BEAUTIFUL PLAN

The purpose of this study is to determine the pedagogical-theological value of the song "Indah Rencanamu Tuhan" (Beautiful Plan, Lord), written by Rev. 1.E. Awondatu and popularized by Priskila and published in 2022. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis technique with a literature review approach. This approach involves searching, analyzing, and describing the pedagogical-theological value of the song, and discussing it with various references. The research results indicate that the song "Indah Rencanamu Tuhan" has the following pedagogical-theological meanings: 1) God has a plan for everyone's life, and that plan is always beautiful and perfect; 2) the importance of accepting God's will, even when it is difficult or does not align with personal expectations; 3) God is always present and cares for His people, even amidst life's difficulties and struggles; and 4) encourages listeners to learn to accept existing situations, even when they are unpleasant or difficult. Pedagogically, this song plays an important role in Christian religious education, as it teaches students to live in surrender, patience, and active hope. Thus, the song "God's Beautiful Plan" is not only an expression of praise, but also a transformative medium in forming a life attitude that surrenders to the Christian Faith Song, God's plan, the meaning of the pedagogical values of faith, surrender.

Harmonisasi Manajemen Dan Penatalayanan Musik Gereja Dalam Jemaat Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia (GKII) Maulafa

This study aims to describe and examine church music services and to find out how the management of church music services is used by the GKII Efata Maulafa church music servants. The research method used is qualitative research using data collection techniques carried out using direct observation in the field, in-depth interviews and document recording. Thematic analysis techniques through stages carried out through stages: data transcription, data coding, categorization, thematic analysis and data interpretation using the theory of management functions. The GKII Efata Maulafa church music servant team succeeded in carrying out the organizational management function well, although there are some things that need to be improved such as vocal training and the evaluation process.
