The purpose of this research is to find out how the Church Music Training Management Analysis in the GMIT Polycarpus Atambua congregation. The type used for this research is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Because this study aims to describe the Analysis of Church Music Management at the GMIT Polycarpus Atambua Congregation. Qualitative because the problem procedure is carried out by describing, describing the state of the subject or object of research (a musical group) at the present time based on existing facts and trying to express one another in the aspects investigated. Music composition is a standard program organized by UPP MUGER, UPP MUGER coordinator, Mr. Yani Keintjem explained that music preparation is one of the basic prerequisites for someone who will serve in Sunday worship and this has become a music preparation program as a worship service. The beginning of this music preparation program was initiated by the limited number of musicians or music ministers needed to administer church music. Music preparation has been going on for quite a long time now, with the aim that musicality and spirituality can have an impact on church worship for the GMIT Polycarpus congregation
