Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly developing and becoming part of various fields and aspects of life, including education. In the context of music learning, AI offers new opportunities that can enhance students' learning experiences. This journal aims to explore the role of AI as an educational partner in music learning, by highlighting the opportunities offered and the ethical issues that arise. Through a literature study, this study examines and explores various opportunities for AI applications in music education that have been carried out by previous studies as well as ethical challenges in implementation to students. From various reference sources that have been explored and analyzed by researchers, the results show that AI has great opportunities and helps in the music learning process for students and teachers. There are ethical challenges that educators also need to pay attention to in the use of AI such as personal data, technology addiction, dependence on AI and technological limitations, all of which require special attention from various groups, especially educators towards students.
