Polmas Sebagai Pioner Polri Berbasis Sasadu Dalam Pendekatan Konseling Publik

Abstrak
The Sasadu community is a concept that leads to the social life of the Sahu people in West Halmahera with its symbolic devices in the form of traditional houses of each village. As a community that has its own customary system, then of course this also becomes their identity. That identity then becomes the main basis of life together. Support the symbol of Sasadu for Sahu people, which is their identity, then in managing or understanding the Sahu people, it should start from a correct understanding of the meaning of Sasadu.
With the above frame of mind, the main purpose of Community Policing, which seeks to work with communities or communities in maintaining joint security, must begin with a correct understanding of the customs of the community. Therefore, when the Community Policing was carried out in the midst of the Sahu community, Sasadu's symbolic frame of mind as a shared house should be the main basis for the realization of community policing activities that really touched the community.
In carrying out its functions, Community Policing is always directed to jointly the community to find a joint solution. Therefore, the perspective of counseling of community-oriented culture is used, in an effort to present a truly comprehensive approach to solving social problems. Thus, the Sasadu framework as the main model in public counseling was used by Polmas to carry out its functions in Sahu.
