ANALISIS BENTUK DAN STRUKTUR MUSIK PERTUNJUKAN DI GEREJA BETHEL INDONESIA GETSEMANI OESAO, KABUPATEN KUPANG

Music as one of the important elements in the Mass worship at the Indonesian Bethel Church Gethsemane Oesao. This can be seen in the use and utilization of performance music in the liturgy of worship. This study aims to describe the results of the Analysis of the Form and Structure of Performance Music in GBI Gethsemani worship. The research data was obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation in qualitative research methods. The results of the study show that the style of worship music imitates the style of pop music (performance music). The results of the analysis of the song "Joy of Harvest" in the form of two parts (AA'BB'), consisting of 16 motive and 31 figures, were sung excitedly as an expression of joy for God's help. And the song "Pleasant Mu" has two periods (AA'B) with 14 motive and 28 figures, sung with calm musical nuances full of appreciation in harmony with the message of the song that longs to always please God.
