This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Shalom concept at SMPTK Pieter Middlekoop Kuatnana Soe and its impact on school dynamics and community identity. The method employed was qualitative, involving observations and interviews with students, teachers, and school staff. The results indicate that the implementation of Shalom successfully enhances positive interactions among students, reduces bullying cases, and strengthens core school values such as love, tolerance, and solidarity. Furthermore, the implementation of Shalom reinforces the school's community identity, fostering an inclusive and empathetic environment. Support from school principals, teachers, staff, parents, and the community emerges as crucial factors contributing to this success, despite challenges such as cultural constraints and limited resources. The benefits of this implementation include improved communication, collaboration, and mutual respect among students, as well as enhanced character development. To enhance effectiveness, deeper integration of Shalom values into the curriculum, continuous training for staff, and close collaboration with parents and the community are recommended.
