Pelatihan Musik Pengiring Dan Nyanyian Jemaat Di Gmit Hal’o Bieto, Klasis Amarasi Barat

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Musik Gereja dilaksanakan di Jemaat GMIT Hal’o Bieto, Klasis Amarasi Barat dengan tujuan menanamkan pembelajaran dan praktk yang benar mengenai Musik Pengiring Nyanyian Jemaat, Prokantor/Pemandu Nyayian Jemaat dan Paduan Suara serta dapat diterapkan dalam peribadatan di Gereja. Kegiatan ini ditergetkan kepada anak-anak yang terlibat dalam anggota Musik Gereja, dengan alasan penanaman pemahaman dasar Musik Gereja agar kedepannya bisa diteruskan untuk perkembangan Musik Gereja di GMIT Hal’O Bieto kedepannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Demostrasi yang cocok dengan Tema Kegiatan PKM Yaitu Pelatihan Musik Pengiring Dan Nyanyian Jemaat demi meningkatkan kualitas Musikalitas peserta PKM. Tim PKM Prodi Musik Gerejawi melakukan pelatihan Pemandu Nyanyian jemaat dan Paduan Suara Ligurgi dengan Harapan mendukung Musik Utama dalam peribadatan Jemaat di GMIT Hal’O Bieto dan juga pelatihan Musik Pengiring atau Musik Sekunder untuk mendukung nyanyian Jemaat agar jemaat dapat berjumpa dengan Tuhan dan pesan dari jemaat dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Proses pelatihan dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok yaitu; kelompok Keyboardis Gereja, kelompok Pemandu Nyanyian Jemaat dan Kelompok Paduan Suara dengan Teknik yang baik dan benar.

Teenagers' lives are inseparable from social media in this digital era. Diverse platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook offer unlimited connectivity and rapid access to information. However, social media use also brings new challenges, particularly in terms of ethics and psychological impacts. Teenagers, as active social media users, often face dynamic decision-making and psychological issues. Students of SMTK Soe in South Central Timor Regency, who are part of the digital generation, are not immune to this phenomenon. Students spend 3-12 hours a day, lack sleep, are unable to focus on learning, are anxious because they compare their lives to idols or influencers, and are involved in cyberbullying. Therefore, counseling on leadership, ethics, and the psychological impact of social media from a Christian perspective is highly relevant and important for students to be able to manage social media responsibly.

Based on the problems found by Community Service partners, the PKM team prepared a counseling activity with the theme Psycho-Social Media: Counseling on Ethics and Psychological Impacts of Social Media in a Christian Perspective for Students of SMTK Soe, South Central Timor Regency to answer Partners' problems. The seminar was delivered to 30 students of SMTK Soe City on November 26, 2024 with 3 sessions, namely the Use of Social Media from a Christian Leader's Perspective, the Psychological Impact of Social Media for Teenagers with Biblical Principles, and Social Media Ethics. The delivery of material using interactive learning methods such as group discussions, case studies, and simulations can help students to more easily understand and internalize Christian values ??in the context of social media use. After the presentation of the material, students made a commitment card for positive and beneficial use of social media so that they could make decisions to use social media positively and avoid the negative impacts of social media use.

Allah Melihat Ciptaaan-Nya Sungguh Amat Baik: Penanaman Pohon Bersama Masyarakat Di Desa Dolok Parmonangan Kecamatan Panribuan Kabupaten Simalungun

The widespread destruction of God's creation is a crucial issue that must be addressed by all parties. This is because the destruction of God's creation often results from human activities. If environmental damage becomes severe, it can lead to poverty and prolonged suffering. Therefore, efforts to repair this damage must be undertaken through various methods. One way to reverse this damage is by planting trees, as has been done by the government, churches, and communities in various regions of Indonesia. Collaboration among all parties and the community will restore the beauty of God's creation.

Tree planting in Dolok Parmonangan, Panribuan District, Simalungun Regency, carried out jointly by STT HKBP and the community, is a community service (PkM) initiative to preserve nature. This will ensure the land remains productive and protected from all disturbances. If left vacant, it will become a wilderness without clearings. Then, it could be claimed by others as their own property. This land, however, is customary land that can be passed down to future generations. Furthermore, through tree planting in Parmonangan Village, landslide-prone areas along Lake Toba can be gradually mitigated as the trees grow.

The hope and goal of this tree-planting initiative are to raise public awareness of the need to care for the earth by planting tree species that can benefit humans and honor God as the Owner and Creator of the earth (Genesis 1:1). For God saw all of His creation, and indeed, it was very good (Genesis 1:31). Furthermore, God entrusted all of His creation to humans to care for and maintain to the best of their ability.

Bahtera Perfumery is a Solo-based perfume brand that offers a wide variety of scents to represent individual personalities. An inventory system has a significant impact on an agency or company. A system that can effectively manage inventory data is needed. With the increasing number of perfume variants and the opening of numerous outlets, Bahtera Perfumery began to feel the need for a simple accounting application that could be used to record incoming and outgoing inventory, sales, and profits in real time. The system was designed for Bahtera Perfumery Solo. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. The existence of a simple Microsoft Excel-based accounting application that can display daily information on the number of items received, the number of items sold, total sales, cost of goods sold, gross profit, and ending stock value has temporarily met the owner's expectations for financial information for each outlet in the mall. Training is needed to ensure the application can be used immediately. Continued development of the accounting application is needed to ensure it remains relevant to the owner's financial information needs

Arah PAK dalam Masyarakat Majemuk

Kemajmukan merupahkan realitas sosial yang tak terhindar dari masyakarakat Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai suku, agama, ras, budaya dan latar belakang sosial ekonomi. Keberagaman ini menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan, termasuk dalam ranah Pendidikan, khususnya Pendidikan agama Kristen( PAK). Jurnal ini membahas tentang Arah Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam Masyarakat majemuk untuk dapat mengarahkan masyakat yang majemuk agar mampu hidup berdampingan secara harmonis dalam Masyarakat majemuk. Fokus pembahasan mencakup tantangan-tantangan pak di Tengah keberagaman, arah pengembangan PAK yang inklusif serta implementasinya dalam membangun kesadaran, pemahaman dan keterampilan sosial yang mendukung kerukunan antarumat. Nilai-nilai kristiani seperti kasih, keadilan, belas kasih, dan pengampunan di tekankan sebagi fondasi moral untuk menumbuhkan sikap toleransi dan dialogis. Selain itu jurnal ini juga menyoroti pentingnya arah Pendidikan agama Kristen dalam Masyarakat majemuk dalam membangun kedaran masyakarat yang benyaknya keberagaman yang ada. Dan juga mengembangkan keterampilan untuk berinteraksi lintas budaya sebagai bagian dari agen-agen pendamaian di temag Masyarakat yang beragam. Dengan pendekatan yang kontekstual dan penuh kasih, PAK di harapkan mampu menjadi kekuatan pemersatu dalam keberagaman.
